Omaha Buy In

I was fed up always playing Texas Holdem and hence I decided to get on another variation of the poker game.

Surprisingly I embraced the Omaha poker for it was an awesomely interesting variation that allowed me to do more things.

Nevertheless, I took time to adapt to it. It is not so evident that you grasp another variation of the poker game if you are used to play Texas Holdem.

I would have great downward swings at the beginning but finally I started controlling it. I started making slight profits.

The buy in should be different I believe, that’s why I have been seeing so many of my hands get beaten.

Is there anyone who can advise me about it please? It would be great help to me…

Hi there!

You are right Omaha buy in is different from Texas Holdem. It wouldn’t be twenty times the blinds.

It varies as you get to the Omaha game. It should be ten times the big blinds. If you find that you stack is growing, try another level then.
